Gaining increased awareness around the goal, topic or situation, and what progress looks like for you, focusing in on the key opportunities and obstacles.
PLAN
Identify, categorise and prioritise clear action steps, and consider what resources you have or need to get to succeed.
IMPLEMENT
Discover how you will keep yourself accountable and consistent, as well as consider any potential pitfalls that might be in-front, and how to deal with them.
DEVELOP
Finish the session by recapping and reviewing key learnings or insights, and explore how mood and mindset has shifted from beginning to end.
